RXR Announces New Public and Free Summer Event Series in Downtown New Rochelle
RXR, the master developer behind the transformative revitalization of Downtown New Rochelle, announced the “Clinton Park Summer Series,” of free community events designed to engage, entertain, and unite the local New Rochelle community. The series will run every Saturday through August 26. Each event will take place in Clinton Park Plaza between the One and Two Clinton Park residential towers in Downtown New Rochelle with a range of activities catering to every age group and interests. RXR has engaged Casaroma Cafe and The Lincoln Park Conservancy as partners in the event series.
“Since RXR began its work in Downtown New Rochelle nearly a decade ago, our vision was to create a community where people come together, grow and thrive. Now, as we look toward the imminent grand opening of Two Clinton Park and the completion of the public plaza, we encourage all New Rochelle residents and visitors to come Downtown and make summer memories,” said Joseph Graziose, Jr., Executive Vice President of Development Services at RXR. “We are grateful to be able to provide this series and look forward to meeting and getting to know more people in our community.”

Enjoy an afternoon of laughter with a Community Comedy Show. Featuring New York-based comedians, this event promises to bring joy and entertainment to all attendees.
Located between One Clinton Park and Two Clinton Park on Clinton Place, the Clinton Park Summer Series is hosted at the new Clinton Park Plaza, a public plaza that connects both new residential buildings and Main Street. RXR is anticipating the grand opening of Two Clinton Park later this month, delivering 390 apartments, 24,000 square feet of premier amenities and over 7,500 square feet of retail space. Together with One Clinton Park, which opened in 2022, the properties offer approximately 50,000 square feet of amenity and outdoor space across the shared complex.
