Affordable Housing Workshop Saturday, September 9
To better connect residents with the affordable housing opportunities, the City of New Rochelle will host an Affordable Housing Open House on Saturday, September 9 from noon to 3 PM at City Hall. On hand will be developers, management companies and area non-profits. Come learn about affordable housing, get assistance with the application and lottery process for current apartments, and learn more about the City’s Homeownership Assistance Programs including First Time Buyers’ Down Payment Assistance.
The following properties are currently accepting applications for their affordable rental units. Please note deadlines for upcoming lotteries.
