Isaac E. Young Food Pantry Event
Serves more than 100 Families

The Mobile Food Pantry returned to Isaac E. Young Middle School on Wednesday, September 15 and distributed 4,900 pounds of food to the 105 families came. Based on the size of attendees’ families, 408 people benefited from the distribution of produce, meats, dairy, potatoes, bread, and vegetables.

The Mobile Food Pantry is sponsored by the City School District of New Rochelle’s Pupil Personnel Services Department and Feeding Westchester. A healthy, consistent diet can not only help our students in school but contributes significantly to their quality of life. Thank you to all the volunteers who worked the event. 

The Mobile Food Pantry returns to Isaac E. Young Middle School on October 12 from 4 p.m. – 5 p.m. All are welcome.
